Using “Perspiration” to Get 45 Months of Skiing

It’s been warm…jumped to the 90’s here in the ‘plain a week or two ago and the mountains have felt it too!
But the snow was deep and it is hanging on, even in unusual places, such as the Lemhi Range.
Dean had suggested we try a line or two on slopes under Mt Inspiration and it’s twin peak, dubbed Mt “Perspiration” by long time peak explorer, Rick Baugher.

A previous post details our early June ski of one of those couloirs.

I went back solo to try another line, snag the peak if possible and complete my 45th month of consecutive skiing.

It all came together…bluebird skies, new wildflowers, babbling brooks and summer corn snow, just right for kicking steps up and carving turns back down!!
